Brian is a native of Ft. Worth, Texas.  Brian lived in Ft. Worth until he moved to College Station to attend Texas A & M. Shortly after graduation from A & M, Brian started a long career in the oil fields of the world.  His assignments included stays in West Africa, Middle East and Europe for a 10 year period.

He then returned to the United States and founded his first oilfield service company in Louisiana.  Later on he moved to Houston and founded yet another oilfield company, doing business exclusively in the former Soviet Union, representing several well known oil tool manufacturers.

Today, Brian is a Real Estate Broker.  He formerly managed two South Central Texas offices for a major, exclusive buyer real estate agency.  He now uses his past experiences helping commercial property buyers locate income producing and investment properties for Post Office Realty, Inc.

After growing up in the central Texas town of LaGrange, Wayne graduated from Texas A&M University.  Shortly thereafter, he left for Colorado and eventually became the operations manager of a large commercial agriculture company.  As the need arose, Wayne worked with individual ranchers, investors and national corporations in developing risk management and investment strategies.

 After eighteen years in Colorado, Wayne had an opportunity to return to his roots in Texas.  This time he worked for one of the larger cattle seedstock operations in South Central Texas as manager and customer liaison. Again, he worked with customers planning current and future strategy and long term goals. Booming land values precipitated a change and Wayne stepped out of production agriculture to pursue getting back to the basics of sound and conservative real estate investments,
